Let’s understand how the Law of Attraction really Works
The Law of Attraction is always responding to your Point of Attraction. What do you really mean by Point of Attraction and why is it important for you to be conscious of it in your life? Your Point of Attraction is nothing but your dominant Vibration, which is made up of your thoughts and feelings at a given moment. It is through your Vibration that you Attract circumstances, people and events into your life. What does your Vibration include? Well, everything, from what you think and feel about yourself, your abilities, your successes, your challenges, the people around you to what you think of your environment and even the World in general.
Although our Present Vibration is determining our results, for most of us, our present is heavily dominated by the thoughts of our Past. We could still be holding on to past failures, disappointments, judgments and miseries which unless removed will continue to bring us the same painful results and experiences.
Remind yourself, What happened to you does not matter, for it is already gone, but what matters is what you are presently thinking and feeling about what has happened. If you continue to hold grudges, anger and resentment towards others, these very emotions will remain a part of your vibration and therefore your Point of Attraction. The effects of the Past can only be nullified with the Power of the Present and you hold that Power because you alone can control your responses. No one makes you think and feel anything you do not wish to think and feel.
If something makes you feel good, talk more about it, share it with others, be thankful to the Universe for it and you are well on your way to bringing more of it into your life. On the other hand, if something has hurt or upset you, sit in Silence with yourself and ask the Higher Power to guide you on how to best deal with the situation. Answers will come and when they do, Act on them. Avoid talking about negative experiences to others unless you are talking to your coach or with a person who you know can guide you through this situation appropriately.
If you keep speaking about unpleasant things, you are going to invite more drama and misery into your life. Instead, go get some fresh air, divert your mind, read something inspirational and start thinking about all the things you wish to experience in your life. I would suggest making a list. Write everything you believe you deserve to experience and have. Read this list aloud to yourself daily. This simple exercise will raise your Vibration and keep you inspired.
So right now what are you thinking? Are you coming from Joy and hope for a better tomorrow or Are you coming from Fear and anticipating a failure? That is the most important question you need to ask yourself!. Each one of us has a Kalpavriksha (wish-fulfilling tree) within us that brings us exactly what put our minds and hearts into If we want to attract good things, we need to become mindful of the energy we are putting out through our thoughts, words and feelings.
