Self love is state of mind and feeling that drives us to choose thoughts, make choices and take action that supports our wellbeing at all times. Self-love motivates us to make healthy choices in life. When we hold yourself in high esteem and value ourselves, we are more likely to choose things that nurture our inner spirit and power. These things may be in the form of choosing right thoughts, eating healthy, exercising, even having healthy relationships.
When we feel love for Self, we start experiencing Love from others. The more you love yourself the more you receive love from the world. This is because the world is a reflection of your own inner relationship with yourself. Self-love is the lesson we have all come here to learn.
