This is a very powerful meditation practice that allows us to experience deep inner peace, calmness and feeling of well-being. By Visualizing the light (Jyothi) in our minds eye, we slowly take the Jyothi to different parts of our body, then to our loved ones, even to the ones we wish to forgive. This light then slowly grows bigger and bigger, and expands to the whole world, spreading divine vibrations, love and healing to the whole world. Join us in spreading smiles.
