How to Chant this sacred ‘Aham Prema’ mantra?
Chant this mantra aloud. Feel the vibrations travel from your mouth to the rest of your body. Chant slowly while breathing slowly. For more effectiveness. The number 108 is considered to be a sacred number. It is said to correspond to the number of energy channels, or nadis, through which prana flows in the body. So Chant this mantra daily for 108 times, for 40 days in a row, preferably early in the morning. You will experience wonderful positive changes in your mind and body.
