The Law of Attraction states that Like energy attracts Like energy. When you are Grateful for what you have, you will naturally attract more for which you can be grateful for. This is the law of life. When you develop the attitude of Gratitude, you are able to feel true Joy and Happiness in the present, no matter what you lack in your life right now or what you may have done, been or experienced in the past.
According to some of the world’s leading scientific experts too, people are more peaceful and joyful if they practice Gratitude on a daily basis. Gratitude is one of the easiest and most beneficial tools for boosting happiness levels on mental, physical and emotional levels.
Here are few powerful Gratitude practices which will help you attract good health, happiness and Success in your life-
1. Write down 3 things – Every day write down three things for which you are grateful for. It is important that you be as specific as you can. For example, rather than simply writing down “I am grateful for my job,” it would be more powerful to write, “I’m grateful that my Job gives me good money and security.”
The more you practice this, the easier it gets and the more positive impact it will have on your mind. Inorder to ensure this exercise does not get boring, write 3 new things every day for which you are grateful. This practice get us into the habit of paying attention to all the good things happening in our lives.
2. Recall your most memorable moment – Sometimes we may find ourselves low and stressed. At such times take a quick 2 minutes break. Breathe in and out deeply for few times. Then keeping a smile on your face, recall your most memorable moment from your life. Try to visualize that event again in your mind as if it is actually happening now. Think of how it makes you feel and why that moment is still so special to you. When you relive your good moments, you make them a part of your active vibration. You start feeling the way you felt when you actually experienced that event, This exercise helps to instantly lift your mood and energy. You also set into motion a strong positive vibratory force that will soon bring more of such events into your life.
3. Appreciate your family – Gratitude is about appreciating people and things around you. Take the time out to spend quality time with your family. We often tend to take our families for granted. Giving them a warm and loving smile in the morning is a great way to show your appreciation and gratitude to them.
Sometimes we may not be able to share our thoughts and feelings with others, but atleast giving each other a smile and speaking sweetly with each other can make everyone feel loved. Your warmth can give hope and positivity to others especially in these challenging times of the pandemic.
4. Practice Gratitude over a Problem – Even the most difficult life challenges come with some benefit—you just have to look to find them. There is a silver lining in every situation. This practice is about opening your mind to see the good coming out of a situation.
For example, if you have lost a good job opportunity, instead of feeling bad, try to be grateful for all the things this current situation is leading up to. Write them down one by one. Some answers that you may write are that, “you are working on preparing yourself better for another job, you are improving yourself day by day, you are getting to know of more attractive opportunities, some bigger and better company offers may come your way soon.” By doing this, you are able to accept disappointment as it comes more gracefully, with THE faith that it will lead to something better. This will allow you to become stronger and more grateful. It will give you clarity and the power to resolve your situations.
