Whether you want to be healthy, enjoy happy relationships or wish to achieve greater success in your career, you need to gain a deeper understanding of how your subconscious mind works. You have to find ways to connect with and impress your subconscious mind with the idea of the life you desire.

1. Thoughts become Things
Everything starts with the mind. Thoughts have a powerful influence on our life. Thoughts have the potential to become things (reality) if we energize our thoughts by focusing on them. Thoughts that you keep thinking, focusing, discussing or engaging with, form strong connections inside the brain. With time, these connections become so strong, they become your personality, attitude, beliefs and mental patterns that go about affecting everything – from how you see to how you react and even execute tasks.
Most of us are living our lives without conscious control of one of the most powerful forces of our life – our Mind. We spend our lives without examining the nature of our thoughts and feelings and without paying much attention to our habitual ways of responding to things and events.
In other words, we are using the power of our minds unintentionally and unknowingly, to attract things we don’t want in our lives. Imagine the difference, if you consciously choose your thoughts and control your vibration to build positive expectations about what you Want in your life. Not only will you achieve your Goals, you will also be guided to the fastest and most powerful ways to live your best life!
2. You can Attract your dreams with the Power of your own Mind
Thoughts ⇒ Pictures ⇒ Feelings ⇒ Vibration
The subconscious mind can’t distinguish between imagination and reality. So whatever you focus on grows stronger in your mind and tends to thus show up faster in your reality. Through your imagination, you can build strong positive images in your mind about all the things you Want. With desirable pictures will come positive feelings. These feelings will put your body in a positive vibration and you will start manifesting your imagined reality.
Unleashing your Mind Power is about learning how to direct your thoughts and attention, intentionally towards desired ideas and events. When you focus on success, you attract what you need to enjoy the success you desire. When you Focus on failure, you use the power of your mind and imagination to bring you the very thing you most feared or resisted.
3. Daily Habits to reprogram your mind for Success–
A. Observe your own thoughts about yourself, other people, the world in general. How do you feel about your health, body, relationships and money? Your thoughts and feelings reflect the past memories that are stored deep within your subconscious mind and that continue to control your life and results. Write these thoughts down on paper one by one.
B. Once you acknowledge your thoughts and finish writing them down, replace each unpleasant negative thought with a positive reverse statement. For example, ‘I am not that intelligent’ can be replaced with ‘I am wise and smart’. Replace all negative thoughts one by one with such powerful positive statements. Go very slow in this exercise.
C. Repetition is the mother of learning. If you want to energize your thoughts positively, repeat and engage with them consistently. Atleast twice a day, repeat each of these positive statements to yourself for 21 times daily. Repeat them especially when you are nervous or anxious. Consistent repetition will help in reprogramming your mind and positively boost your confidence and success.
D. Take 2 minutes in the morning to Visualize your most desired goal or dream as already accomplished and complete. Smile as you see yourself happy and delighted, celebrating your success and feeling grateful for the accomplishment of your heart’s desire. Visualization will help lower your stress while also releasing mental blockages that often come in the way of your success. The more you see good things in your head, the more you believe they will come about in your life. This is a powerful practice that will give you the energy you need to go after your dreams.
