Law of Attraction for Health

 

Health is Wealth. We, not others are in charge of our Wellbeing. Health is the most important for us because it gives us physical and mental strength in our life to do whatever we wish to do.

 

Let’s look at some powerful ways we can take charge of our own health and use the law of attraction for our health and wellbeing.

 

  1. Learn to Relax: Hurry often leads to worry. Don’t always be in a hurry. When we are in a hurry, we lose our peace of mind. Especially while sitting to eat our food, we should eat in a calm and relaxed manner. While eating, we must also avoid indulging in topics and discussions that agitate the mind. This will help us avoid being stressed. It allows us to be in a good vibration and we will be able to better digest our food, which is important for good health.

 

  1. Mental wellbeing plays a big role in overall health of a person. Incorporate conscious breathing into your daily routine to cultivate calm and balance. Studies show that conscious breathing can immediately help you shift out of the stress or “fight-or-flight” response, and into the relaxation response. With breathing slowly and deeply, the body and mind slow down and our stress comes down. We must get into the habit of sitting in silence atleast twice a day. This gives us an opportunity to release negative emotions out of our body through our own breath.

 

  1. Don’t get too upset when negative thoughts come. As they come, they will go away. Do not try too hard to stop them. The harder you try the more they will come. Instead, Whenever negative thoughts overwhelm you, start identifying the dominant emotion behind these thoughts. Tell yourself, “I don’t need to hold on to this anymore, I set myself free, my mind is clean and heart is pure.”

 

  1. Use a health Affirmation/ Chant: Take walks, get some sunlight and you will feel your energy shifting as you inhale the fresh air outside! While your outside, mentally chant, “ I enjoy perfect heath.” A great mantra to remove mental blocks and resistances for health as it helps impress your subconscious mind with thoughts and feelings of good health. Remember these words carry a high frequency (Vibration), so do chant them regularly. You may also chant this health mantra throughout the day to raise your vibration and to get more healthier and stronger in every way.

 

 

  1. Pass positive intention to your food and Water. The water you drink and the food you eat becomes a part of your body and also your mind. We must offer our food and water to God or Universe first. This will ensure it is cleansed of any impurities that may be existing in it. Before you start drinking or eating, pass an intention that, “This Water/ Food heals my mind and body, It brings me perfect health.” We will receive real; nourishment from this food and water.
