The results relating to your body and health depend your thoughts, feelings and faith in either in your healing or your suffering. It has often been seen that many people start getting well the moment they are prescribed a medicine and have faith in the ability of the medicine to cure them. If they believe they will be cured with this medicine, they are most likely to get well soon. But if they don’t believe these medicines will work, then even if they are given the most effective medicines and treatment, their condition may not improve. Similarly, when one has faith in prayer, positive affirmations and other natural healing therapies like yoga or meditation, then it has been seen that such people certainly experience positive outcomes as along with the effectiveness of what they do, their faith in what they are doing begins to dominate their vibration and ultimately leads to their healing. So beyond the medicine or treatment used to heal, it is the Faith one has that they would be healed that actually leads to your healing.
There is no doubt, everyone wishes to get well, the real key therefore is to learn how to develop faith in your ability to heal and in your power to get well soon. Here’s what can help- If you want to be healthy, ensure thoughts of Good Health are dominating your mind. Learn how to do this: –
1. Build Positive images about Health
Take a pen and paper. Write down what health means to you and what your feelings are about your body and health in general. A person with health problems will often write thoughts pertaining to his ill health and how he feels limited by his health issues. Reason- these thoughts consume his mind and energy. While a healthy person will probably write down all the things he can do with his healthy body and what all he would like to accomplish in the future. Because that is the image of health he has in his mind.
We only speak, think and express things based on the pictures inside our head and the memories of the past stored inside our subconscious mind. Unless these pictures and past feelings don’t change, we won’t be able to change our results. This means a healthy person has a certain positive picture of health engrained in his body and mind which further helps to keep him healthy, while a diseased person has a limited, negative picture about his body and ability to heal which further keeps him sick and unwell.
If you want to go from sickness to good health, you have to change the pictures in your mind. You must think thoughts about good health and success rather than sickness and misfortune. A great way to do this is to replace all negative thoughts about your health with positive thoughts, words and statements. For example, if you have written, “it is not easy for me to walk and do my day to day activities, replace it with, “it is easy and enjoyable for me to walk about and complete my day to day routine tasks”. If you repeat these positive statements often, they will help you build positive expectations about your health and begin the process of healing inside your mind and consciousness.
2. Avoid referring to disease and sickness all the time
If you want to influence your mind with good health, then reference to ill-health must be avoided at all cost. Do not keep complaining about your condition to others. Do not keep discussing your pain or discomfort unless you are talking to your doctor or therapist. The more you talk about your problems, the more you will keep their energy active in your vibration. Whatever is active in your vibration will never leave you. So Instead of talking about what is not working well, make it a habit to share what is going on well. Notice and acknowledge every good or improvement you experience, even if it’s a very small thing. Talk about it, share it with others and be grateful for it. When you share good things, your subconscious mind gets encouraged to bring you more good and positivity. Besides speaking sweetly, softly and lovingly about good things will improve your mood and cleanse your energy. You will feel better about your condition and also expect to get well soon.
3. Surround Yourself with Positivity
You may have heard this phrase, “Out of sight is out of mind.” This also means, what is all the time before you will always be on top of your mind and thus continue to be a part of your life and energy. Check to see what you are surrounding yourself with most of the times. Is it medicines, bills, medical reports, newspapers, gloomy articles which keep reminding you of your problems and how difficult the world is? All this will only further pull your energy down and lower your vibration, making you more fearful and pessimistic about life.
Ensure happy thoughts and positive messages fill up your physical and mental space. Read inspirational self help books which encourage you to believe in yourself. Stick positive words on your books, walls, desks like- Good health, Peace, Happiness, Love, Gratitude and so on. Make a collage of all your goals and desired Vision for the future. Stick this collage somewhere you spend most of your time so that you engage with happy photos and positive images all through your day. This will transform your energy from fear and doubts to faith and positive expectations that will help you heal faster and live your life with more passion and joy.
