Connecting with our Subconscious mind and awakening its power within can lead us to lot of success in our personal life and business/work life. In order to fully understand the power of your subconscious mind, we must first understand the difference between our conscious mind and our subconscious mind.
Conscious Mind
Our conscious mind is the awareness we have in the current moment. It is our awareness of our surroundings, our current thoughts, our emotions, and even physical sensations in our body.
Subconscious Mind
Our subconscious mind is a storage mechanism within us that absorbs everything we experience and downloads it inside us. Examples of our subconscious are memories, beliefs, fears. It includes any information that is below the threshold of our current awareness. Most of the times we operate from our subconscious patterns which are very strongly deep rooted inside us. Our thought process, words, manner of talking, our personality, opinions and reactions are all essentially coming from our subconscious mind.
Thus we have to learn to choose wisely the thoughts coming from our subconscious mind. This is because these very thoughts are what are creating our current experience of reality—including success in every area of our life—work, financial, relationships, health, and happiness. Our thoughts have the power to shape our lives.
The Law of Vibration states, “ What you think about, talk about, believe strongly about and feel intensely about, you will BRING ABOUT in your life.”
Here is a magical formula to manifest your dreams by activating the power of your Subconscious mind.
Sit calmly in silence for sometime. Ask yourself what you really want. Many times in life we don’t get the success we desire because we are not doing what we wish to do with all our heart. If you don’t put your heart into it, you will not be able to do effectively. Thus you will yourself come in the way of your success. So make a list of all the things you desire. This is very important because you must have clarity about what will really make you really happy. Clarity about what you want sends a positive signal to your subconscious mind to send you more thoughts and ideas relating to your desires and dreams.
It is important to maintain a positive expectancy – To expect to get what you want. This positive expectancy is about going about your day with certainty, with a strong knowing that within you is a power that can bring you exactly what you want. Always act as if what you want is on its way. Hold thoughts of your desires and goals with a smile on your face.
Remind yourself that you deserve to have what you Want. This is not always easy. Many of us have limiting beliefs sitting inside our subconscious mind which keep us from allowing abundance and happiness to come into our lives. Best way to overcome this problem is to practice shifting thoughts.
Change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are deserving, worthy, lovable and capable, smart enough, strong enough and good enough in every other way to get what you want. The more you practice this, the more your subconscious starts to accept these thoughts and feelings.
Do you frequently criticize yourself and others, complain about your life and focus on what you lack in your life? How is the quality of your interactions with others? Do you feel peaceful and calm most of the time in the day? Do you value your relationships? Do you express your gratitude for the good things you have received? The more you surround yourself with positive things and people, the more you will experience the shift within.
Feeling happy, joyful, loving, grateful and peaceful are thoughts and feelings that give off positive vibrations. They send positive energy to your goals and impress your subconscious mind to support you in achieving your dreams.
